My experience with Courtesy Chevrolet can be expressed with one word "AWESOME!". It all began when I requested internet pricing from local SD County Chevrolet dealerships via email. Not only did Courtesy Chevrolet responded promptly (within hours)but they had the lowest bid to offer. Internet Sales Consultant Audrey Atherton responded to my email request. She was very courteous and respectful to my request for communicating via email only. I liked the fact that she would follow up (via email) to be of service in answering any questions or concerns that I might have on the vehicle I had in mind to purchase in a few months, even after I made it clear that I was not serious at the time to make a purchase but rather was just gathering information for the time being.

Here is the part that is AWESOME. After discovering through Chevrolet's Website inventory that there was only 3 vehicles left (in SD County) in the color that I desired. I made arrangements to visit Audrey at Courtesy Chevrolet in hopes to reserve the vehicle for a future purchase in the coming months. Not only were they willing to do just that (in a reasonable time frame of course) but Audrey was awesome in suggesting and finding an avenue to make it happen without waiting a few months to make the purchase, all without any pressure what so ever. She was so friendly, courteous, respectful, understanding, and caring to my needs and wants. Now that's customer service! Long story short, I was able to surprise my daughter with the exact car that she desired without waiting a few months to get it.

Every staff member that I encounter and seen was friendly, respectful and courteous. Courtesy Chevrolet really does live up to it's name! I look forward making future purchases for myself and wife when the time comes for a new vehicle. I definitely will recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone who is in need for a new set of wheels. First, this letter is to compliment your dealership, Sales Manager Brian Burgett and Irwin, the salesperson who assisted my wife, Mercedita T. Salice in the purchase of our 2010 Chevy Camaro.

While I was on deployment with the USS Ronald Reagan, My spouse went on her search for a Chevy Camaro as a welcome home gift for me, Don W. Salice. Courtesy Chevrolet was the first dealership she began her search. She was immediately greeted by the friendly salesperson, Irwin who assisted her with her needs on locating a 2010 2SS model. The salesperson was very attentive to her needs and paid close attention to her concerns. After deciding on the car, she was referred to Brian Burgett and he was the most professional Sales Manager I have met in my many years of purchasing cars. I met Brian and Irvin after coming back to the states and the experience was as my wife described it. Brian is pro- military as I could see interacting with myself.

Although this note is short in length, in closing, I will say that this car buying experience has been the best in over 14 car purchases at ANY dealership. Because of this, I will devote my vehicle to this dealership through the life of it to include all maintenance and repairs. This is the kind of service that should be at every dealership to include the service department when my Camaro had it's first oil change on 15 Sep 11 with Dale Staub.  He also made a strong impact on the dealership with his knowledge and friendliness making me feel as though I was an important customer and not a number.

I would like to thank each person listed above for the kindness and professionalism that was completely unexpected due to experiences at other dealerships!
