I spoke with Mike over the phone and we came to an agreement on my C8 trade in price and the price for the E-Ray. When we arrived at the dealership we had no pressure and everything was exactly as we spoke about on the phone. Anthony went over the car with us and most of the paperwork.

Put SUV in for routine maintenance. My only contact was with Rafael Ramirez in the Service Department. Rafael went out of his way to insure I was completely satisfied with the service I received. While waiting I used the customer lounge which was clean, comfortable and the internet access and coffee made it very pleasant to wait for the work to be finished. Text and email reminders were very helpful as well.
Had a very good experience here at Courtesy Chevrolet, working with Javier Sandoval and his manager, Joe. To begin with, the dealership was asking very reasonable prices for two different years of the used truck I was looking for. They had some dealer markups, but were willing to negotiate on those points, as well as an extended service contract. Happy with the used Bolt purchased here, but the experience was a throwback to the old days of car buying. Our mistake was allowing them to rush us into a late night buy and not doing our due diligence on the car history. At first they said it was a returned lease. Appreciated Raphael as a service manager. He has handled my vehicle for several years. He makes me feel like I’m special. He is a good communicator, keeps me informed of any updates that need to be tended to. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, and this was the best experience. They are honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. I trusted them so much that I purchased two vehicles in three days. They paid me top dollar for my trade-ins. The price on the new vehicles was significantly lower than the other dealerships. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and already have!

Great experience... Purchased a car car here several years ago and it was a bad experience all around, car has been in the shop multiple times. We traded the car in and the new management, sales staff and service staff has been a night and day difference. The staff has gone above and beyond to change my perspective of this dealership.

I recently bought a really nice Honda FIT Sergio who sold me this car deserves a 5 star rating as he took care of me and my daughter from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He really made this car-buying experience enjoyable, and informative without any pressure. He took as much time as was needed which helped us make the decision to buy. If you do decide to venture into Courtesy make sure to ask about the gong and the song!
