Bought a car from the dealership over the weekend and I had a wonderful experienced. I went there with my mom and step dad, knowing what I wanted to get and it happened. Ramon was wonderful and helped us with the car and test drive. He answered any questions that we had about the car and he wasn't pushy at all. He even gave us time to look at other cars and talk amongst ourselves about the different cars. Then we went inside and started the process to get everything going. Jose was very friendly and he worked on getting the best financing for me. He was able to do that and it made me happy. He was even training Jenn during this process and she was eager to learn everything. Overall, I had a great experience and I would use Courtesy Chevrolet again

I don’t usually write reviews, but when a business proves to be transparent and straightforward, I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego is a prime example of such a business. Joe Raymond, the GM, along with his incredible team—JZ, Mike, and Jose—went above and beyond in helping me find the truck I wanted. Initially, the intended destination for my truck was Las Vegas, but the Courtesy Team managed to re-route it to San Diego for me. Although the truck arrived about two days later than estimated (which happens), the team kept me informed every step of the way. As a regular buyer of Chevys, I am well aware of the standard procedures of car purchasing that everyone dreads. However, my experience with Joe and his team was refreshingly different. After talking with all of them, including Joe, the transaction was cut and dry, leaving both parties happy. I can honestly say that I have found the place where I plan to buy my Chevys from here on out. Of course, this review might be met with some skepticism, but don’t let the typical buying process deter you from checking out Courtesy Chevrolet. The worst-case scenario is you say no thank you and leave without a car. Just be sure to understand the market and hold your ground on what makes you happy, but definitely give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Too long of a wait.

Had a very good experience here at Courtesy Chevrolet, working with Javier Sandoval and his manager, Joe. To begin with, the dealership was asking very reasonable prices for two different years of the used truck I was looking for. They had some dealer markups, but were willing to negotiate on those points, as well as an extended service contract. Javi was great about helping me understand some of the features and differences between the two trucks, and didn't pressure me to buy the more expensive one. Much better experience than I've had at a few other dealerships the past few weeks!
